Rob Blenkinship

Chief Executive Officer

Rob is a founding Director of CGH Group, founded as CoreStaff in 2008. He has over 25yrs experience leading recruitment and human resource companies.

CGH Group has grown under his guidance from one branch in Darwin, Northern Territory  to 18+ Australia wide. This growth is a result of Robs service orientated strategy. He believes in the importance of building long lasting and trusted client relationships and delivering on promised capabilities.

Michael Bridge

Chairman

Michael brings decades of commercial and operations experience from the aviation and tourism industry. He was instrumental in the growth of the Airnorth group. A small charter firm which grew to Australia’s second oldest, continuously operating airline brand, with revenues exceeding $110M per annum.

He has sat on numerous Boards including Australia Super- Aviation Division, Northern Territory Tourist Commission and The Civil Aviation Safety Authority.

Michael has been awarded for his innovation in management, and his work in bringing together numerous industry associations.  He is currently Chairman and Shareholder of CGH Group Pty Ltd,

Rob Oliver

Chief Financial Officer

Rob is an experienced Chief Financial Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the human resources and automobile industry. A qualified CPA, he has a proven track record of managing businesses through financial cycles, tracking cash flows and analysing financial strengths and weaknesses.

Rob holds a Bachelor of Accounting from Curtin University. He is a strong finance professional skilled in Budgeting, Cash Flow, Business Planning, Internal Audit, and Operations Management.

Nathan Hunter

Chief Operating Officer

Nathan has extensive experience working in branch and senior management, business development and account management roles. His experience ranges across the spectrum of recruitment and HR consulting services, from labour hire to executive search.

Nathan has a breadth of knowledge managing multi-site, multi-service line businesses across a large range of industry sectors. He brings particular strength in the mining and construction sectors, leading the negotiation of a number of enterprise agreements.

Since joining CGH Group he has worked in several roles including General Manager QLD for CoreStaff, Director of Beilby Recruitment, Group General Manager Sales & Marketing and now Chief Operating Officer supporting all 4 CGH Group brands.

Nathan holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Human Resources.

Ben Jensen

Group HR Manager

Ben is an experienced senior Human Resources professional with a background in manufacturing, supply chain, resources, engineering and construction industries.

He has specialised in global resourcing, talent management and employer branding initiatives and has accreditations in psychometric and ability assessment tools, a Business Management degree and a Masters of Employment Law.

Karen Cole

Group Training and Compliance Manager

Karen has been with CGH since 2009 progressing through roles from Recruitment Consultant to Operations Manager with CoreStaff and now Group Training and Compliance Manager. She has extensive knowledge of the ISO accreditation process and system and is responsible for monitoring and improving the Groups compliance.

Karen is a well-articulated communicator ensuring employees understand business policies, relevant statutory and legislative requirements and are equipped with the knowledge and skills to carry out all work-related tasks.

Karen has a Bachelor of Arts; Communications and Asian studies from University of NSW.

Michelle Caban-Robinson

Group Marketing Manager

Michelle is an accomplished marketing and brand management professional. She has experience managing construction, utilities, mining and resources sector brands across privately owned and tier one ASX listed companies.

She is skilled across the marketing discipline including brand and content management, communications, advertising and strategy development.

Michelle holds a Bachelor of Commerce; Marketing and Advertising, from Curtin University.

Brett Morgan

Group OHS Manager

Brett has 30+ years of experience developing and executing HSE management systems. With a trade background, he has hands on experience researching, developing and implementing solutions which achieve the safest possible outcome, reducing risks to the group and individuals.

Brett has extensive knowledge of ISO9001:2015 and AS/NZS4801:2001 standards and ensures the group adheres to all areas.

Davide Scaramella

Group ICT Manager

Davide is a qualified Information and communication technology professional and digital transition specialist. He has 20 years’ experience working within businesses as onsite support and as an offsite consultant.

Davide’s skills ensure the smooth operation of the ICT department in alignment with business objectives.

He has an advanced diploma of Electrotechnology from the Central Institute of Technology and continued upskilling throughout his career with various vendor courses and certifications.
